Please note that our sole means of support is via email, in order to keep the prices as low as possible we do not offer telephone support. We understand that if you search hard enough there are sites still online that have not been updated for many years. Some of these sites list telephone numbers for us, these numbers are long out of date and at the time of writing have not been monitored for at least four years.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. All prices are listed in GBP Sterling. Payments by overseas credit cards will be subject to the current exchange rate as used by the credit card company

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

UK (including Northern Ireland) and Channel Island Orders:
Standard Delivery Orders: £5.00 ( plus VAT )
Average Delivery Time: 3 - 5 working days

Express Delivery Orders: £10.00 ( plus VAT )
Average Delivery Time: 1 - 2 working days

EU and Rep. of Ireland Orders:
All Orders: £10.00 ( plus VAT )
Average Delivery Time: 7 - 10 working days

USA and Rest of World Orders:
All Orders: £20.00 ( plus VAT )
Average Delivery Time: 10 - 14 working days

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you to arrive within 5 - 7 working days
within the UK. Delivery times for international orders will vary depending
on the shipping method that you select.

If for any reason our carriers are unable to deliver to the address provided (ie. no one available to sign etc.) we reserve the right, at our carrier's discretion, to deliver to a neighbour.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Tax Charges On orders for delivery within the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is payable and is included in the prices displayed. VAT is also payable on P+P charges which is calculated at the checkout. All other orders are VAT free and our software will automatically make the necessary adjustments.

Credit Card Security We know of no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the
Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the
order is placed using encryption based within SSL. This provides highest level
security, and ensures that your details are always safe for a worry free

Details are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
No details are held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee You can return any item within thirty days of receipt in its original
condition - for any reason. We will credit your card for the full value of
goods returned less our postal costs as charged (except in the case of
damaged goods where we will additionally refund the full postage costs).

Privacy Policy Knifebargains do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy You can return any item within 30 days of receipt in its original
condition - for any reason. We will credit your card for the full value of
goods returned less our postal costs as charged (except in the case of
damaged goods where we will additionally refund the full postage costs).
We regret that we cannot accept returns of DVD, video, or book
products where the item has been unsealed.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service, with insurance covering the full replacement value of the goods.

Please put a note with the package, of your order number. We regret that items returned without an order number will not be processed.

Damaged / Faulty Goods:

In the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged, under no circumstances should you accept the delivery.
However, should damage not be apparent on delivery please notify us immediately so that we can submit a claim without delay (many carriers have very tight deadlines).
If you have selected a Carrier Service, then your shipment is fully insured and we will pursue the claim.
If you have selected First Class Recorded Delivery, then we will forward details of how to make a claim, as we have been advised that this is now the standard procedure with this service. Please bear this in mind when selecting a delivery option.

Under no circumstances should your return goods which have been damaged in transit to us before emailing us, as in most cases this will invalidate any claim we have against the carriers who caused the damage.

For International Returns (ie. from outside of the EU) a Custom's Declaration
stating that the goods are being returned, either for replacement or refund,
